Guardian Nodes Explained: Unlocking the Immersive Internet Backbone
Guardian Nodes are specialized, CPU-based validators that monitor and verify the performance of the Mawari Network.

Mawari is conducting two distinct offerings: (1) a public Decentralized Infrastructure Offering (DIO) outside the United States under Regulation S, and (2) a U.S.-only offering through Republic under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D.
This public offering is made solely to non-U.S. persons in accordance with Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. U.S. persons may not participate except via the separate offering on Republic. For More information here: https://republic.com/mawari
This communication is not directed to, and may not be acted upon by, U.S. persons or any person in a jurisdiction where participation in such offerings is not permitted.
The future of immersive content delivery is built on real-time, low-latency, globally distributed infrastructure. At the core of that infrastructure lies the Mawari Network, purpose-built to support AI-powered XR applications at scale.
And powering the integrity of this network are Guardian Nodes.
What Are Guardian Nodes?
Guardian Nodes are specialized, CPU-based validators that monitor and verify the performance of the Mawari Network. These nodes are responsible for:
Ensuring streaming quality meets benchmark standards
Verifying the results of rendering tasks completed by Spatial Streamer Nodes
Monitoring real-time metrics like latency, jitter, packet loss, and video quality
Contributing to a verifiable, on-chain record of network activity
Guardian Nodes help maintain the transparency, reliability, and performance standards required for immersive compute at scale.
Guardian Node Licenses: A Verified Path to Operate
A Guardian Node License grants its holder the exclusive right to operate a Guardian Node within the network. License holders become eligible to earn rewards based on their verified uptime, task completion, and overall network contribution.
Verified Rewards for Verified Work
Guardian Node operators are eligible for two primary reward systems:
Early Operator Incentives:
11% of Mawari’s total token supply is distributed over the first 3 years to active, verified Guardian Nodes.Network Activity Rewards:
Up to 20% of the network’s net value generated is allocated to Guardian Nodes based on verified performance.
Reward eligibility is tied to uptime and operational reliability, measured transparently through on-chain signals and telemetry data.
Three Plans, One Commitment
Guardian Node Licenses are offered in three distinct plans, each priced at $333 and designed to reflect different levels of operational participation:

Visionary – Optimized for Network Growth

Prioritize your exposure to Network Activity Distribution as XR+AI accelerate worldwide. You're strategically choosing long-term growth over immediate Early Operator Incentives, positioning yourself for greater benefits as the network expands.
Designed for believers in the immersive internet. 💎
Reward Program (Plan 1) | Rewards | Notes |
---|---|---|
Network Monitoring Rewards | 72.3% exposure ratio | From 20% of network’s net value generated. |
Early Operator Incentives | 25 Mawari Tokens | Early operator incentives will be distributed over 36 months, while reward redemptions have no vesting or cliff. |
Balance – Balanced for Sustainable Growth

Take a balanced approach between immediate Early Operator Incentives and long-term Network Activity Distribution. Optimize your rewards by capturing value both now and as XR+AI adoption expands globally.
Best suited for operators who value flexibility and sustained growth. ⚖️
Reward Program (Plan 2) | Rewards | Notes |
---|---|---|
Network Monitoring Rewards | 16.7% exposure ratio | From 20% of network’s net value generated. |
Early Operator Incentives | 522 Mawari Tokens | Early operator incentives will be distributed over 36 months, while reward redemptions have no vesting or cliff. |
Catalyst – Front-Loaded for Early Participation

Prioritize higher exposure to Early Operator Incentives, balancing your contribution with reduced participation in Network Activity Distribution.
Ideal for operators seeking early participation over maximum long-term network exposure. 🚀
Reward Program (Plan 3) | Rewards | Notes |
---|---|---|
Network Monitoring Rewards | 11% exposure ratio | From 20% of network’s net value generated. |
Early Operator Incentives | 1047 Mawari Tokens | Early operator incentives will be distributed over 36 months, while reward redemptions have no vesting or cliff. |

Operational Requirements and Flexibility
To qualify for daily rewards, an operator of a Guardian Node must qualify and complete a minimum of 8 heartbeat verification cycles across every 24-hour period. These scheduled tasks confirm node availability and validate continued participation.
Operators can choose how they participate:
Run nodes independently on their own devices with easy to follow instructions (no technical skills required).
Delegate node operation to Mawari’s verified infrastructure partners.
Why Guardian Nodes Matter
Guardian Nodes ensure the immersive internet operates with precision. They verify the quality of real-time compute delivery across the network and uphold performance standards needed for XR content to scale.
The Decentralized Infrastructure Offering (DIO) enables early participants to operate these critical components of the network and take part in a transparent, performance-based reward system.
